    7. Sir, since last 3 months i am taking Glyciphage twice daily. For first two months i took 500 mg. My HbA1C was 8 before two months also and post lunch sugar came to 196 on 12th Jan 2020 since then glyciphage is increased to 850 mg. I also take hypertension medicines from last 15 years. I am very much interested in following your diet plan. I really want to control my situation and do not want to become a diabetic. Can i follow you diet plan...
