He get to know that diet plan from his brother in law. He google it and decided to try this diet plan.
YouTube lecture also help me lot also get to the science behind this diet.
He started this diet plan in Nov 18 and in few days he getting result.
Before :
Date : 17/11/18
Weight - 74 kg
After :
Date : 17/3/19
Weight - 65 kg
They told us "before this life style they are went into knees pain". because his bmi is more than 27. check your bmi.
His family doctor consult that loss the weight because this is root cause of the knees pain.
After that he went to one nutritionist as per there plan, he follow diet also do exercise daily in result he get weight loss but knee pain remain same.
Due to knee pain i stop all the things again my weight 74 Kg.
He tried lot of thing to weight loss and knees pain but know one give result.
After that he decided to start Dr. Dixit's diet plan.
At the beginning it was very difficult, He had a habit of eating breakfast, drinking tea.
He had to break those habits, so He started drinking black tea.
It was bitter and then I won't have appetite for breakfast.
Diet Plan :
Morning black tea : 8.00 am
Lunch time : 1.30 pm
Dinner time : 9.30 pm
Lunch :
salad, 2.5 roti or bhakri and subjiDinner :
only rice, subji.
5 black raisins
3 almonds
one bowl milk
Exercise :
walk 6 km in 60 mins.What He could not achieved from past 4 years, He achieved within six months.
He is going to follow this lifestyle forever also he suggested to all friend.
Also he encourage friend and family member to follow this lifestyle.

Two days prior He visited Balaji. That mountain has 4000 steps. His stamina has increased a lot. 10 years back He had climbed that mountain and it took 5 hours. But now He climbed it in only 3.5 hours and still felt fresh.
Thanks for giving us review of dixit diet plan.
He give us some suggestion :
- Try to avoid take sugar its very harmful to our body.
- Add negative calories food in meal.
- Add complex carb in meal like sweet potato.
- With 2 meal achieve balanced diet.
