Before :
Date : 14th March 2018
Weight: 82 kgs

After :
Date : 14th June 2018
Weight: 67.4 kgs


Daily schedule


  • In morning - black tea without sugar
  • Lunch - meal 1 - 11 am  - Salad, nuts, seasonal fruits, jawar roti, curry.
  • Evening - black tea without sugar
  • Dinner - meal 2 - 7.30 pm - milk, dry fruits, salad, complex carb and protien contain food, jawar roti, curry.


He loses totally 12.2 kgs weight loss in 90 days. He continues the same lifestyle and after 4 months result in 14 kg weight.

He watched a youtube video of Dr. Dixit’s lecture and started the diet plan from 14th March 2018. 

He takes 2 meals a day and only water in between. He walks for 10 km a day. 

Also black tea in the morning and evening. He has stopped taking all the medicines related to diabetes by Dr. Dixit’s advise.

After starting this diet he feels very energetic and also lightly feels the whole day.
