She to took new year resolution to follow this diet.
Before that she tried lot of diet plan and weight loss trick but now one give result.
She was non diabetic person but as precaution she consult with family doctor is dixit diet is
After that she started diet as per plan.
- Only 2 meal a day and all the conditions
- Lunch at 11 am
- Dinner at 7 pm
- Only water in between meal.
*** within 8 hr time frame she complete both meal so you can call it also intermediate fasting
But she do best thing is for that also require support of exercise
- she daily walked 5 Km and complete within 50 min.
After few days she feel better healthy and happy due to weight reduction.
She give us some suggestion :
- Try to avoid take sugar its very harmful to our body.
- Add negative calories food in meal.
- Add complex carb in meal like sweet potato.
- With 2 meal achieve balanced diet.

What if loss weight then after few month if we start to have few healthy snacks in between main meals.I heard that increases weight with double speed
