Maharashtra Medical Education Department and Social Medicine Professor Dr. Jagannath Dixit has chosen the state's brand ambassador to deal with obesity and diabetes.


Dr. Dixit is a member of the Community Medicine Department at Latur Medical College.


He said that his theater was based on the diet plans created between 1997 and 2004 by late Dr. Srikant Jicharak.





Dr. Shreekant is not in the world, but Dr dixit have decided to take his research forward.


He explained that the increase in the amount of insulin which is released after food promotes obesity and type-2 diabetes.


Dr. Dixit has advised me to take only twice a day in the day instead of eating a little bit in the whole day.

 if the insulin level is reduced then the body starts using fatty acids. that the science behind his diet.


The secretion of insulin in the blood can not be prevented voluntarily.


Therefore, insulin secretion in blood after eating every time can be reduced by controlling food.

About Diet Plan :


Reducing the frequency of the meal can reduce the insulin level.


Dr. Dixit recommends eating only twice a day.



In-between meal allowed food :

When hungry between the two miles, some lightly recommended are
water,
buttermilk,
green or black tea (without sugar),
coconut water,
a tomato.

Dixit Diet Exercise :

  • Finish meal in 55 minutes.
  • Walk 4.5 km in 45 minutes daily.

For Best Result  :

  • Keep an eight-hour gap between meal.
  • Have more proteins.
  • Cut down on sweets.

Dr. Dixit explains that easy changes in liver system can be effective in reducing weight and preventing diabetes.

If a person only practices food twice a day, I can definitely say that it can be helpful not only to lose weight but also to control diabetes. Reversal of diabetes is also possible.
