Within 2/3 days take the walk of 45 min. Ideally, in 45 min, we can cover 6/7 km distance.

Dixit Diet Disadvantage
It's a debatable topic which is more beneficial to consume smaller meals of low calories throughout the day or two large meals a day so before starting any diet which is suite for your body you need to check.
Dr. Dixit made a claim that diabetes patients can consume sweets as long as they stick to the two-meal diet, it depends on one person to person.

The diabetes patients who are on glucose-lowering drugs are at a very high risk of hypo-glycaemia, which can cause light-headedness and shivering body,
if they do not take frequent meals as advised by the doctor.
Consuming limitless food in one go would lead to consumption of excessive calories, especially if the patients opt for high caloric food and would, in turn, lead to weight gain.

I have been following his diet plan from a few months, and I don’t see any harm in following his diet plan. I have reduced a few kg’s and looking to reduce more weight in the next couple of months.
I’ve been eating just two meals a day for about six months now. I have an early meal, which can be anywhere between 10am and 1pm, and a later meal which might be at 6pm or as late as 9pm. I may have a snack, in between meals, but most often I do not.
I’ve lost about 10 pounds. Two meals a day seems to work fine for me.
His Methods are tested on thousands of his supporters and benefited out of this.

I would say, there is no harm or cost in trying his diet plan for 3 months if you are benefiting its good if not you can leave any time.
