Science of Dixit Diet

As blood insulin levels rise, it has many side effects on the body. Insulin causes weight gain. Atherosclerosis is promoted. 

Increases the lipids in the blood. The body's cells build up against it to withstand the increased insulin levels. 
In technical terms, it is called insulin resistance. This eventually results in diabetes. 

Insulin secretion occurs in two ways. 

Basal Secretion :

Twenty-four hours the pancreas begins secreting insulin in small amounts. This is called basal secretion. 

After Eat Secretion :

Insulin secretes after you eat the food. We can limit this secretion to eating less often throughout the day. There are two times that a person is hungry in general. 

There are times like those at 3 in the morning at 5 in the evening 
other is at 5 in the afternoon and 9 at night. 

if you follow it two times a day, insulin secretion can occur within those two times.  
After meals, this insulin can take adequate care of the digestive tract.

How Dixit Diet Work :

Glucose is released from the glycogen in the liver when the insulin level in the blood is reduced, 

Then fatty acids emit from the fats and gain energy. 
In this way, the body fat naturally begins to decrease and the weight of the human being automatically decreases. 

The main one is to reduce stomach fat first.
