Consume only bananas and milk. You can eat up to 6 large or 8 small bananas. Drink 3 glasses of milk, preferably skim. Eat bananas either whole or in a smoothie with milk and ice. No other fruits or vegetables are allowed, but people can also eat wonder soup.

Day 4 Meal Plan

Breakfast 

2 bananas + 1 glass of milk

The best way to start Day 4 is by consuming a banana paired with a glass of warm milk (almond milk or very lite coconut milk will be fine as well). Some followers prefer a bowl of sliced bananas on milk like those in breakfast cereals, only without the cereal content.

Skim milk should be used all day in this stage; full milk proves to be heavy on the stomach and filled with unnecessary nutrients that are not beneficial to the weight loss regimen.

Snack 

1 banana + 1 glass of water or 1 glass of banana milkshake/smoothie

Lunch

Milkshake (2 bananas + 1 glass of milk + a dash of cocoa powder) or 1 bowl of vegetable soup
Lunch served in Day 4 consists of a bowl of vegetable soup. Most soup bowls consist of various vegetable produce flavored with herbs and spices.
Best vegetable soups that can be served during lunch include tomato soup and cabbage stew. They are packed with natural flavors that the taste buds would savor even as the day ends.

Evening Snack

Dinner 

1 banana + 1 glass of milk
Dinner in Day 4 may consist of a serving of vegetable soup and banana shake. This can be quite heavy to handle later at night, so followers may forego the shake and focus on the soup, as this alone can keep them full until the next morning.


Foods To Avoid – Day 4

All, except for banana and milk.

Consume 8 (small) bananas and 4 glasses of milk (8 fluid ounces). Banana is a superfood that helps to replenish our energy levels. Choose skim milk and avoid adding sugar or sweeteners to milk. You may consume a bowl of clear vegetable soup if it gets too monotonous. Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water.

The bananas that were avoided over the first three days, can finally be consumed on the fourth day. One must consume 8 bananas over the course of the day. The consumption can be split across the day’s meal and snack times. In addition to that, one should also consume a big glass of milk each, at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In case this becomes monotonous, a bowl of soup can be included in the diet.

Bananas are rich in pectin, and hence, they help in digestion. They also provide one’s body with the instant energy they need. They are also high in potassium, apart from being low in salt. Additionally, the milk one consumes on this day is also a great source of potassium and calcium. Thanks to being fortified with Vitamin D, the milk further helps strengthen bones.

On Day 4, one must completely avoid snacking on fruits other than bananas. Potatoes and sweet potatoes must be ignored as well. You could also substitute bananas and milk with fig and soy milk.
