GM Diet Plan Chart : Day 7

Day Seven Meal Plan

Breakfast: 

1 bowl of brown rice with a side of watermelon wedges
1 glass of orange/apple juice
1 cup fruit salad + 2 glasses of water
1 bowl of brown rice and 1 orange or a bowl of watermelon.

A bowl of white or brown rice may be served during breakfast. It is best to consume rice in the morning as it would provide all the energy and carbohydrate requirements for the rest of the day. To those who want to save the rice for lunch, they may eat a slice of papaya or melon followed by 1-2 glasses of water.


Lunch: 

1 bowl of brown rice with broccoli and 1 cup (237 ml) of fruit juice
½ cup brown rice + ½ cup sauteed veggies + 2 glasses of water
1 cup watermelon/few assorted berries + 2 glasses of water

During lunchtime, a bowl of white or brown rice may be matched with cooked vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, and asparagus. This can be a boring meal so it has to be followed up with a slice of mango or watermelon to keep the appetite satisfied.

Dinner: 

1 bowl of brown rice with mixed vegetables
1 cup GM Soup + 2 glasses of water
1 bowl of brown rice with 1 bowl of raw or cooked vegetables

Day 7 ends with yet another bowl of greens and white or brown rice. However, most followers prefer to only have vegetables as they don’t want to feel bloated at night. Rice can be heavy for dinner, so as much as possible increased fluid intake should be observed.

On the last day of the 7-day plan, one would need a cup of brown rice, an assortment of vegetables, and fruit juice. One can eat a cup of brown rice along with a bowl of boiled vegetables for lunch. Drink sugarless fruit juice after every meal or snack to complement the nutrient-rich vegetables.

The rice and vegetables will provide the body with some much-needed energy to keep the body going right through the day. The fruit juices will help flush out the toxins from the system.

As with the previous 6 days, one must avoid certain foods on the seventh day as well. It is advisable to stay clear of vegetables like potatoes and sweet potatoes whereas fruits like banana, cherry, mango, and pear are to be avoided as well.

Protein – Avoid any kind of meat, such as beef, turkey, chicken, pork, fish, lentils, beans, soy, and mushrooms.
Fats & Oils – Lard, butter, margarine, and safflower oil.
Carbs – White rice, bread, and processed foods.
Dairy – Full-fat milk, full-fat yogurt, frozen yogurt, ice cream, and cheese.

Beverages – Alcohol, soda, sweetened drinks, and packaged fruit juices.
